Application Terms

The app is provided by Occasio & Co Roasters for browsing our menu, managing your account and rewards, and paying in store. You agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

We sign you in with a one-time link sent to your email — there’s no password to remember. Keep access to your email secure, since anyone with a valid link can sign in. You’re responsible for activity under your account. You can browse as a guest, but some features (like earning Flow Points) require an account and a mobile number.

Creating an account enrolls you in Flow Points using the mobile number you give us, since that’s what identifies you at the register. You earn Points on qualifying in-store purchases at the rate shown in the app, and can redeem them for the rewards listed at the register.

•Points have no cash value and can’t be sold, transferred, or exchanged for cash.

•We may adjust earning rates, reward tiers, or correct balances affected by errors, returns, or fraud.

•Points may expire or the program may change or end; we’ll communicate material changes in the app.

The app helps you choose drinks and show your order at the counter. Payment happens in store. Prices, availability, and the menu come from our live point-of-sale system and may change without notice. Your order is confirmed when you pay at the register.

Overflow gift cards are issued and processed by Square. They’re redeemable toward purchases at participating Overflow locations, can’t be redeemed for cash except where required by law, and we’re not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Linking a gift card in the app simply displays its balance and a code to pay with.

We work hard to keep the app accurate and available, but it’s provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Occasio & Co Roasters isn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable law.
